Shipping Policy

This policy explains how TANNERRA (www.tannerra.com) delivers orders, what delivery costs and what to do if something goes wrong. Our returns and refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

United Kingdom delivery

Standard delivery: free on orders of £50.
Express delivery: £6.99.

Europe

Standard international delivery to European Union countries costs £14.99 per order.

Rest of the world

Standard international delivery costs £23.99 per order to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery charges for printed posters and canvas prints are calculated separately by country and are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times for your order are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Times vary by item. Some products are sent directly by our partner brands and suppliers, and made-to-order items such as posters and canvas prints are produced before they are shipped.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Where a tracking number is available, it will be included in that email.

Orders in more than one parcel

If your order contains items from different suppliers, it may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. You are only charged the shipping shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before you complete your order. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on our Contact page, and include your order number and a photo where possible. We will help put it right.
